Nikki was great, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful.

Easy access, tire problem which was a nail fixed very efficiently, so far at least. Navigation map problem: settings adjusted, problem no better, fixed by myself here at home once I learned it was a question of settings. Missed the routine vaccuming and wash that I used to get at Honda dealership. Too early to be sure.

Great experience at Clay

I went in during President's Day weekend. I was torn between this and another vehicle at another dealer and was exploring my options. Dave was able to walk me through the stock of Imprezas they had. During the test drive he showed us the features of a car and was able to steer me toward my new vehicle. He was even able to support my crazy schedule by showing up during his day off to deliver my car to me. Overall I had a great and very easy experience!

Customer Friendly Clay

Customer Friendly !!! Understood my needs If they found that I had concerns they would address them. They also offered programs to help by driving experience a good one. Pre paid service that offered discounts .

Great experience! They made the process so easy!

From the initial contact with Allison on line to walking into the showroom they were all friendly and approachable. Mike, my salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all my questions; first car salesmen I've met that is truly genuine and informative (without being condescending), he even made the whole thing fun! I never felt a "hard sell" or the old "bait and switch" you get at some dealers. I've had some bad experiences buying a car esp being a woman. Mike was respectful, courteous and helpful in my search. The initial car I was looking at had sold (President's wkend) so Mike showed me many options, trims, and price points. During the finance/paperwork process (the part I hate the most!) Joe was fantastic! He took the time to explain each item, went above and beyond to research my options & make recommendations without the hard sell. And despite him being really sick that day he still made it all quick and easy, I walked out of there very happy and love my new Subaru! Thanks guys!!

Great experience

Great experience at Norwood Subaru. I went car shopping on Presidents’ Day and picked up a 2017 Forester for a great price. I would recommend Norwood Subaru to friends and family.

Great car buying experience

I worked with Joe and he made purchasing my new car easy and fun. Other Joe in the business office was so accommodating and I was in and out incredibly quickly. Thanks to Clay Suburu and the Joes for a very pleasant car buying experience!

Tire replacement

After a pot hole tire blowout, I needed a new one. Service was very accommodating and gave me a new one while I waited. So convenient.

purchase of new Suburu

we compared Honda and Suburu. Each product offered different pluses and ninuses. After visiting, looking at the car we had selected, we determined that we were receiving the most value with the purchase of a Subura.

Problem free txn

Allison, the online sales rep was professional and quick to respond. We settled on all the nuts and bolts of the txn that when we went in, the sales rep didn't push anything further. Mike helped us close the deal. Everything went smooth and clearly explained. He didn't try to hardsell us anything for everything was already settled with Allison beforehand. Mike was accommodating in our special request of having a license plate with no unlucky numbers. Set up my Bluetooth before i left with my new car.
