All staff were very professional and personable.

All staff were very professional and personable. Abigail and others were very kind and assisted my husband to the waiting room. Abigail explained what was going to happen during the appointment. She also asked if we had any specific concerns. We were told how long the appointment would take and the staff did complete the work in a timely manner. The customer waiting room was clean and comfortable. Excellent service experience.

I brought my Forester in for its 12-month maintenance.

I brought my Forester in for its 12-month maintenance. As was the case with the six-month appointment, this visit was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. The service rep listed what maintenance items were to be handled and informed me the visit would take approximately one hour. In the meantime I sat in Clay’s clean and comfortable waiting area and had a couple of cups of hot chocolate while I read my newspaper. When my car was ready, the service rep went over the work that was done and then escorted me to my car. This type of personalized service is one of many reasons that I am glad I bought my new Forester from Clay Subaru.
