They Charged additional cost above the coupon price.
They Charged additional cost above the coupon price. False advertising. I even confirmed the cost prior to service . The service writing wrote it in and highlighted the cost. Final bill was for more. And no, it was not the sales tax amount although tax was charged based on the higher cost. Again.....false advertising. It was just the point of the matter...

I’ve dealt with many service department over the years and you have a great service department at BOCHE. Yvonne has kept me informed on any issues my car has experienced, and it’s been a few. Staff was friendly and helpful, brought my 08 silverado
Staff was friendly and helpful, brought my 08 silverado in for air bag recall. We don’t use it much so it wasn’t till I went to use it last Wednesday the air bag light was on.. I know if i call they will tell me to bring it in , it will be ( unrelated) to the recall fix and I will be charged a diagnostic fee..

Great job by the team here! They an issue with the 1st truck I picked . Instead of letting me drive off and have issue later on, they held it back. Found another truck for me , which I am picky . Beautiful truck deal and services . Thanks guys
