New car? Quick and easy

We went to Boston VW knowing exactly what we wanted in a new GTI. We worked with two different salesmen, Gavin and Bill, and both were extremely friendly, helpful and personable. Once our ordered car came in, Bill and Al in financing helped us close the deal quickly and easily. They walked us through each step with a friendly no-nonsense approach. The dealership has been under renovation but the service area and temporary sales area inside are clean and comfortable. We had a great experience as first-time car buyers and are in love with our new GTI. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

Great service and great experience.

Whenever my volksy needs a little TLC, I can always count on Armando to get my car in and taken care of. He keeps me in the loop regarding the cost, how long it will take and what needs to be done to my car. He is always professional and upfront with me. As a female, I never feel intimated about taking my car to Boston Volkswagen. Thanks for such great service, Armando!

Excellent service and patience from staff.

Really enjoyed the process with Bill Burns and John Carlisle. They were honest (I hope!) and straightforward and patient as I am a first time buyer.

Single woman treated well

I was looking at a number of cars and eventually decided to check out a Jetta. My salesman, Bill Burns, was very helpful in explaining the types of Jetta's and trying to match the car with the level of car I was used to driving (Saab 93). The process was seamless and I felt that everyone was very welcoming and informative. Bill went over every aspect of the car and accessories in great detail until I was comfortable. I am enjoying my new Jetta and looking forward to using the service department in the future

I'm a long time Volkswagen driver and Boston VW customer. I recommend VW, and this dealership in particular, to anyone. Bill Burns is a seasoned sales professional, is thoroughly knowledgeable about the VW fleet, and is focused on helping you find the car that meets your needs. Many of the service staff (Armando, Mike, Ronnie) have been at Boston VW for a long time and are professional and knowledgeable.

Perfect Car Buying Experience

We found the car we wanted through Cars.com and spoke with Bil, our agent, several times before making the trip to Boston VW. From the first phone conversation to the final signature, every part of the process was straightforward and efficient. Bill (sales) and Jose (financing) were both professional, patient and a pleasure to work with. We had driven in from out of state and every effort was made to complete the transaction in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this dealership.
