Worst buying experience of any car in my life

Honestly, the worst CPO buying experience I've ever had with any car / car dealership--and I've been buying nearly new, CPO cars for ~20 years (mostly German). I went to this particular dealership, because they had the exact car that I wanted. The salesman knew little about the car--every question required him to get back to me, generally a day later, and with only some of the questions answered... I The dealership has some sort of text message system they use to communicate with customers. Great idea in theory, but both the salesman and service advisor used it to send an initial text (probably checking a box), but never bother responding when you reply to their texts. Infuriating. Why bother having the system? As for the car itself--it was a CPO with a clean CarFax. I had to bring the car back immediately to the service department to fix a few things. They fixed a few things and sent me on my way. I was't super happy with the work, so took the car to another Volvo dealership--they told me the car had had front body work done (the fender did not line up properly), and the rear brakes were at only 2mm, and badly needed to be replaced (all covered by warranty). How the heck does a car go the CPO certification process desperately needing brakes?! WTH with this whole buying experience. Again, I really loved the car, but everything about the Boston Volvo experience was poor.

Great Service, As Always

Boston Volvo has provided high quality service to me for over three decades now. My 40,000-mile service, as well as my snow tire swap out and another minor repair, was done promptly and well. Thank you!

Scam scam scams

They will promise anything to get you in a car. I leased one and now they don’t want to deal with me cause I have a problem with what they promised and now they are blaming me. So much for customer service. I won’t make this mistake again... get EVERYTHING IN WRITING from them as they will try to back out. And Volvo corporate doesn’t help control these entitled car dealership.

Boston Volvo Service is Excellent

Boston Volvo has been repairing my present and former Volvos for decades. Their service people are always responsive to my concerns and the service on my car is always first rate. I highly recommend them for work on your Volvo.

Dealer damaged car after purchase!

DO NOT TRUST, SHADY BUSINESS!! Boston Volvo sold my father an S90. After the paperwork was signed and he left, they DROVE it and ADDITIONAL 90 miles, and CURB RASHED a wheel! When the car was delivered, it had 90 more miles than the paperwork showed, and a damaged wheel. Luckily he took video of the car when he bought it, and showed them the video. Even after showing them the video, they DENIED replacing the wheel!! Terrible way to represent the brand. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Worst service and experience ever

Honestly skip this place. Rude, promise you features that they are unable to give, doesn’t follow up with you about complaints and top it all off corporate Volvo sucks too.... then they take forever if you trade in your car to give you money what a sick joke

Excellent buying experience

Our sales person, Kyle Petrucci, was exceptional in his knowledge of the new XC90 T8, answered all my many questions in detail and provided follow up info when needed. I also felt he was a partner in the process of finding the right car for me, rather than trying to sell me.

Customer Service Excellance

Courteous team members, listening to concerns then actually addressing them.I came from another Volvo dealer who dismissed my concern in 1 hr. Boston Volvo was amazing!! I was able to pick up a loaner vehicle the evening before and they addressed my issues correcting an item that was caused by improper work at the NH Volvo dealer No $ Simple amazing team members
