Great service, smooth transaction

I was in and out of the dealership quicker than I have been with any other leasing experience. The whole staff was great. In particular, Paul Watson was a huge help with making this experience so smooth. He was very friendly and accommodating and clearly knew what he was talking about. I am planning on returning here after my 3 year lease is up.

Paul Watson, Sales Consultant, was very professional. He showed me the different styles of cars, walked me through the purchasing process and followed through with text or phone calls promptly. I've already recommended him to several friends who are interested in purchasing new cars.

Customer service review

The customer service rep., Nicole, was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. The work was done in the time stated, for the price estimated. This was my first trip to Morrissey Blvd after 19 years of service at Comm. Ave. I much prefer the Comm Ave location and facility.

Worked with william Than at dorchester dealerships he was a pleasure to work with. He wasnt pushy or over bearing. He is great at his job and will recommend him to anyone looking to get a new car

Daycare provider

The service was excellent the only thing that bother me is that I added service to my lease and when I went to Boston Honda they told me I had to pay for oil change because I went to a different location because I didn't purchase the car there but it added to my lease...but overall the service was great
