quick but thorough service

excellent from start to finish! welcoming, nice, and effective!! Nice wait room wih snacks and journals and tv...quick serivce but reasoable price...great work!

A Long Tradition of Excellence

Prior to acquiring my "new" 2015 (cert., pre-owned) CR-V from Herb Chambers Honda, I bought my last car--a 1998 CR-V--from Herb Chambers. I was sad to part with it, but it served me well over the past 18 years because I had it serviced regularly and exclusively at Herb Chambers Honda Service. Convenient, professional, helpful, and friendly.

Personalized Service Makes All the Difference

Personalized service makes all the difference, when buying a vehicle, and Herb Chambers Honda does not disappoint! My sales representative, Mr. Gerson Ruiz, was friendly and helpful, and the business/finance manager, Mr. Eric Poulson, was personable, informative, and reassuring. When there was a minor glitch with the new registration, Mr. Poulson stepped in and personally facilitated a favorable solution. I can't say enough about the attention and care given to me during the whole process. This was my third purchase from Herb Chambers Honda and will not be my last.

Gerson Ruiz great salesman!!!!!

I had a great experience! I walked in one day and found the car I wanted. Gerson Ruiz was a huge help, he didn't pressure me he wasn't overbearing and allowed me to pursue the vehicle at my own pace. He was well informed and helped me get a great deal on the 2017 HR-V EX!!!!

Oil change.

Horrible

I had setup an appointment today to see a 2011 Acura MDX only to find out when I got there that the vehicle was no longer available for purchase. The excuse was "the vehicle was sold last night". If that's the case why not call me first thing in the morning to inform me? I would have appreciated that at least. I drove 65 miles to this location only to have my time wasted. The salesmen tried to help me find another vehicle but there was nothing else that caught my interest within my budget. I was told this has been happening lately at this location which came to my surprise. The only reason I drove this far was because the online reviews seemed great but I guess this was a hit or miss. The staff seemed very polite, but it doesn't make up for the avoidable inconvenience that was caused on my end. Won't be wasting my time with this dealership ever again!

I have my Accord serviced here because of the convenient location. I also enjoy the amenities - Wifi, coffee and other beverages, they provide in the waiting area.

Always excellent service, as expected

I brought my Honda Pilot in for an A6 service. David Richard was my customer service representative. He was helpful, courteous and conscientious. David called me to tell me what the technician had found, managed to find me a discount, and called me when the car was ready. I was very pleased with the service I received.
