Whenever I bring my 2007 Fit to Cambridge Honda for service -- I go nowhere else!! -- I am very pleased. As the other reviewers do, I find the staff to be unfailingly friendly and capable. (One attribute without the other doesn't go very far!) At my last visit, one of the desk staff even helped me sort out a problem with my cell phone and let me charge it at his station. Above and beyond!
