On Wednesday 5/21, I took my CRV in for a scheduled oil change. When further work was necessary, I was advised by Joe Penebre, my service consultant, who explained what was needed and the expected cost. When more time was required, I was provided a “Lyft” home. Later I was called that more work was necessary. Again I was made aware of the problem and additional cost. When work was completed, I was provided another “Lyft” back to the dealership. I very much appreciate the attention to safety and thoroughness of this service department!

Mike was the best salesperson to deal with. This my second time working with him. He was courteous, patient, not pushy. I have dealt with Cambridge Honda for years and I will absolutely be returning for all my future car needs.

Service is prompt and efficient with good recommendations for keeping my car in good shape and on the road, even though I do not use it often.
