The entire process working with Mercedes-Benz of Boston...

The entire process working with Mercedes-Benz of Boston has been so smooth. I was in contact with Richie past his work hours and he was able to assist me with my needs. I was able to come in for an appointment for a specific car the following morning. I decided to buy the car that day and within two days I was able to take it home! The communication with Richie and Chris, the dealership’s financial point person, was phenomenal. Unfortunate events occurred a week after I purchased the car and I was in need of urgent services. I was in contact with Mike and he most certainly took care of me the best he could and the services were done quickly. I recommend visiting MB of Boston for the best possible car-shopping experience!

Two weeks ago I purchased an SL 450 from Mercedes Benz of Boston. My salesperson was Rob Tinkham. I fully recommend Rob to anybody in the market for a new car and are considering a Mercedes Benz. Kris Ricupero assisted in a painless closing on the purchase. I would not hesitate to use Rob again.

I purchhased a preowned 2019 Porsche Targa 4S for...

I purchhased a preowned 2019 Porsche Targa 4S for Mercedes Benz of Boston, part of the Herb Chambers group. While my initial experience was exceptional, the follow up and follow thru is appalling. Rob Tinkham, salesperson was very helpful. I purchased my car, sight unseen, as travel from Florida to Boston would be very challenging due to Coronavirus. I did review the vehicle via Facetime and requested that Rob, who has owned many Porsches, go over the car with a fine "toothcomb," which he indicated that he would and subsequently told me the car was perfect. Well, it was not so perfect. The car was transported via enclosed carrier. As soon as I looked over the car, I noticed rock chips on the front hood and on the side rear quarter panel. I contacted Rob, who authorized up to $200 to fix the chipped paint. On Wednesday, 5/13 I was trying to remove the glove compartment key from the key fob only to find out that that part of the key was broken (Confirmed by Suncoast Porsche.) It is not a warranted part and costs $125 to replace which Mercedes Benz of Boston refuses to pay or replace, as they own a Porsche Dealership in Massachusetts. In addition, while having the car 3M'd for paint protection from rocks, etc., the owner of 2Zero, authorized 3M dealer, noticed that the front bumper had "cosmetic" damage and while it had been repaired, the paint that was used had a "Blue" hue to it. My vehicle is Jet Black Metallic. It is a bit difficult to see, but it is apparent. I had the repair completed at a cost of $400 which again Mercedes Benz of Boston is unwilling to reimburse me for the out of pocket expense. Obviously, I am a Florida resident and they may not have had another opportunity to sell a car to me, and perhaps that is the reason for their reluctance to pay for the damages/repairs/replacement. I can assure them that I will be buying additional vehicles, but none from them!!! In fact, I have owned Mercedes Benz in the past and will not buy another Mercedes Benz vehicle, as they are franchisees of Mercedes Benz!

Loving my GLC300

Early March I reserved my car with Carlos and Kris. And due to the Corona virus situation, my transaction kept getting delayed, but Carlos and Kris were both so patient with me. And they are so so so helpful whenever I have any questions. Once my payment was through, the car was delivered to me the day after, and I’m loving this beautiful baby car!!

Amazing customer service

Chadi and Bernard was a amazing. I first experience working with them when my wife change her car in February. I decided to work with them to purchase my Mercedez. I was so happy with the experience. Chadi, Bernard and Chris was truly a pleasure to work with. Very professional, thoughtful and gracious all the way.

Best Experience In Purchasing a Vehicle After 30 Years

I have never been to the this dealership before, I bought a pre owned vehicle. The attention to detail and how they treat you is first class. Jonathan is a great person, he treated me with respect and went the extra mile, something that I never experienced at other dealerships. It was a pleasure working with Carlos, Kris and Chadi. The virtual purchase was easy, quick and I love my new car. The team answered all my question via email and phone quickly. Even provided a video due to my inability to physically view the car in person. It arrived within days of completing the paperwork. I love driving it. I am VERY pleased with my purchase.
