My Recent service at Herb Chambers Mercedes in Somerville was outstanding as usual. Patrick T, the manager, greeted me and guided me through the service appt. I needed an inspection sticker and oil change. Patrick asked the tech to go thru the rest of the car. Patrick passed along the results of the inspection and made the appropriate recommendations. Outstanding in response to customer needs and assistance; Outstanding Service of high quality staff and expert service managers and technicians; One Example is Mr Schneider Service manager who as assisted me, listened carefully to my description of problem and came up with outstanding diagnostic response taking care of the care problematic issues; the Kindness and respect is overwhelming; then the generous snacks and soft drinks cold and hot made the wait pleasant and have a chance to look at the new models on sale and the opportunities the dealership offered for upgrading and trading in.... ALL IN ALL, after the job was done, I drove my car happy and leaving behind ew friend in Service at the dealership.
