I have been always impressed with service provided for my car. In the past 13 years. I have been Impressed also by the attention given to me and my car by the service department receptionist and their efforts to explain the nature of the service needed for my Mercedes GLK.

I had an unusually bad experience at the dealership.

I had an unusually bad experience at the dealership. I bought my car in for a 3 hour routine service at 7:00 am. I was not able to pick up my car until late afternoon. I was not notified that it might take all day. The negligence interfered with my work day. My service manager was unavailable by phone and upon pickup. He is generally very attentive and professional. It was not a good experience for me. I look forward to receiving better service in the future.
