Great dealer. I came in wanting Fire Agate CT 200h without Nav and got exactly what I wanted without any hassles. All my questions were answered and we proceeded with the transaction exactly at my pace. A great deal and John is a pleasure to work with.

Jim is the type of salesman who gives car dealerships a good name. He was patient (I wasn't sure what I wanted), considerate, very helpful and able to communicate without pressure. He introduced to me to the people I'd be working with (service manager, etc.) and made sure the purchase went smoothly and quickly. Upon a return visit, he greeted me enthusiastically and spent time answering my questions. I highly recommend Jim and this dealership. Class Act!!! Thank you for a really pleasant experience, Roberta

Had a serious AC leak which soaked carpets - bad...
Had a serious AC leak which soaked carpets - bad experience at nearest Lexus dealer so came to Watertown where car had originally been bought and serviced. Chad Tinti, my Service Advisor, was fantastic - replaced carpets and mats under warranty and I had 30K service done also. They gave me a beautiful loaner and brought my car back to my office and picked up loaner. I have never been treated this well at any dealership..didn't think it was possible. I am now a Lexus of Watertown customer and plan on buying my next Lexus here also. Lexus of Watertown knows how to treat their customers!!! I am more than impressed.

We travelled to Watertown to buy the car of our dreams. It was quite a ride but well worth it. Ed Grady was our SUPER salesman. Ed was incredibly easy to work with. He not only met our needs, he made sure that everything was taken care of. He even delivered the car 40 miles away! After the follow-up phone call, we knew that we had been to a dealership unlike no other. We didn't only meet a salesman, we made a new friend. We highly recommend Lexus of Watertown and will travel the distance next time we need a vehicle. :)

They did not listen when I said I was not interested in a...
They did not listen when I said I was not interested in a car with a $2500 Navigation System, I said I would not pay for a Navigation System, and then tried to sell a car with the Navigation System for $250 off the MSRP. (I had already said that I would prefer to order the car I wanted than pay $2500 for something I did not want!)They wasted an hour of my time when they could have just said up front, no, you would be better off ordering what you want. They offered 70% of the Edmunds Value for the trade-in. Yu came back with this "deal" without bringing back the keys to my car so I could leave. I said I wanted my keys back to my car - a Lexus I had purchased from them and brought back for service or the last seven years. After I asked, Yu returned WITHOUT THE KEYS, saying the sales manager wanted to know how far apart we were. Total sleaze. I thought that a dealer would treat a customer willing to spend $50K on a car with some respect. I was wrong. Did I mention they did not offer a vehicle to test drive?

Harold helped my wife and me become familiar with the Lexus, to learn all of its great features, and to become comfortable with a brand new RX-350. He also gave us a great deal on the car. He's very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, open and honest. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus.

After being frustrated by another Lexus dealership, I went to Watertown, and sat down with Harold Schloss. There was virtually zero haggling, and I walked away with an RX350 for a great price (at least with respect to what I intended to pay). It took less than 15 minutes to agree on a price. After dealing with Howard, I sat down with Alex in financing. The optional services/extended warranties, etc. were explained thoroughly with no pressure to purchase any of them. Do not waste your time with other dealers - go straight to Watertown. It was hands-down the best car-buying experience of I ever had.

This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had. We went to several other dealers first and in this case we definitely saved the best for last. It was my daughters first car purchase and Andy was a fabulous person first and foremost and a highly skilled knowledgeable salesman as well. He was very accommodating and made the whole process painless and smooth as silk. I never thought we would be able to get such a great deal at a high end Lexus dealer on a used Honda Fit or I would have skipped all the other Honda Dealers and come here first. Manny in finance was fabulous as well and worked with my daughter to get her the best deal on an extended warranty that made sense. This guy KNEW HIS STUFF...A truly high class operation ALL THE WAY and their people are what makes the difference. Free car washes for as long as you own the car, continental breakfasts, beverages and snacks. WOW...They do it Right. VERY IMPRESSIVE place and even more impressive salespeople. By all means ask for Andy S.

My experience purchasing a new vehicle at Lexus of Watertown has exceeded all of my expectations. Prior to joining the Lexus family I was a loyal customer of Toyota of Watertown. Both dealerships are amazing but Lexus of Watertown has the most beautiful facilities and friendliest staff I have encountered. I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite some time but had not found the right one. That was until I started worked with David. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt he did everything in his power to get me the best vehicle. I credit him with guiding me to my final decision on a 2011 Lexus IS 250! I did not know about this vehicle before I entered the Lexus dealership and within an hour I was SOLD! I am very happy with my purchase and quality of people you have working at your dealership. Thank you for everything you've done. Customer for life!
