I had no idea when I took my car in for regular maintenance that I would end up with a new vehicle. But Eliane Lisboa sought me out with an offer that was irresistible. She listened to my concerns and accommodated my requirements without a hassle. She was clear and transparent in her communications—about the vehicle and the deal. And she patiently helped me set up the media players and roadside assistance in my new vehicle. She could not have made the process any easier.

My new car
I just bought a 2021 Lexus UR250h. The whole experience was great, from my initial phone call with Barbara, to our in person interactions, to driving away I’m my beautiful new car. I had been told that Barbara is the best car sales person in Boston, and I have agree. She was very professional and helpful without being pushy.

Another great experience!
This is our 4th RX and we’ve always had nothing but great experiences with Lexus of Watertown. Our Sales person was Tony Viveiros and he was a pleasure to deal with! He listened to what we wanted and never tried to upswell or convince us to get something we didn’t want. Was a very quick and pleasurable experience and I highly recommend dealing with Tony!
