Toyota of Watertown

As usual, Kamel Khnaizar at Toyota of Watertown has surpassed expectations. Brought in my 2011 Prius for 45K service and inspection. Kamel knows the meaning of treating people like family and always welcomes me and makes me feel appreciated. I've been coming to T of Wtown since 1989 and had many different service advisors over the years, but none made us feel more valued than Kamel. Thanks again for another great service experience Kamel!

I just bought my 6th Toyota from Toyota of Watertown. My Salesman Steve Skolnick did everything in his power to make sure I was a very happy customer when I picked up the car. it has been my experience that the group of people that work at Toyota of Watertown are made up of the highest group of professionals you could ever run accross. from Steve and the general manager Adam Skolnick to the business manager , service manager, to the girls in the office who did all the registry work to the receptionist who greets you when you come in they are all the best you could ever ask for. So Steve, as you can see you certainly did your job very well and I see no reason my my 7th car will also be bought there, A Big Thanks !!!! To everyone who helped make this a great experience. This was my 2nd Toyota vehicle that I purchased from this dealership.I had a great experience when i bought my second new Toyota from Steve Skolnic who was a big help to me!.

I bought a Rav 4 back in October from Elkin and am now just writing this review. I'm a procrastinator, but have been reminding myself for 6 months to write the review! Why? Because I really liked Elkin and I told him I would! He was so friendly, and not once did I feel any pressure to buy from him. He is a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful in answering all questions, not only about the vehicle, but about the process and dealership. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Elkin explained all the features and gave me all the time I needed. I would definitely recommend seeing Elkin when you go to buy a Toyota! Patti

Before I went to Toyota Watertown I was at different dealerships looking at different models and getting prices. When I got to Toyota of Watertown I'm glad I meet Mark Frounjian. He made me feel relaxed he was not pushy like other sales people that I met. When my lease is over I'm gonna go back and see him and I would recommend everybody to him.

I’m confident they did right by me. I worked with Elkin Pereanez as my sales consultant and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car or even just to explore the possibility. I’m in sales myself and know that customer satisfaction goes a long way. I could tell right away he cared as much about his reputation and your experience as he did about closing a deal. I was kind of hoping for a sleazy sales guy so I could to do some hardcore negotiations but Elkin makes you feel so comfortable and informed he took that possibility away. At no time did Elkin use any high pressure sales tactics or even encourage me to make a purchase. He just walked me through the vehicle, took it for a test spin and talked about life. He’s a positive guy and his attitude makes you want to buy from him. I knew the car I was planning to buy and I knew what I was looking to pay. The ease of the deal was all on Elkin. I’m extremely happy with the deal I got on the car but more so that I bought it at Watertown Toyota and had the pleasure to work with Elkin.

Watertown Toyota provided the best buying/leasing experience I have ever had! I am on my 3rd Highlander that I have leased through Watertown. Everyone that I have encountered at this dealership is personable, knowledgable and they truly care about the customer. Most recently, Steve Skolnick provided unbelievable customer service. Not only did he help me to get the best deal for the lease of a new vehicle, he also entertained my 5 year old daughter throughout the process. In addition, he provided her a coloring book, markers and snacks to keep her busy throughout the process. Buying/Leasing a new vehicle can be a stressful process; this is not the case when you go to Watertown Toyota. They truly make this process easy and enjoyable.
