We had an outstanding experience working with Nathan to purchase our 2020 Subaru Forester. From the very first contact, he was incredibly responsive - he replied to my initial inquiry within minutes and sent over the CarFax reports for all three vehicles I was interested in. What really impressed us was how attentive Nathan was to our needs. When I mentioned we’d be bringing our newborn baby to the test drives, he made sure the two cars we were most interested in were ready and waiting as soon as we arrived at the dealership. Marcus greeted us warmly on our first visit to Wellesley Toyota. He was so personable and warm and sincere. We knew we were in good hands straight away. The purchase of our new car went very smoothly and Marcus was around for me to call anytime I was confused about how the computer system worked, as I am not very techy. The showroom is lovely, and all the people that work there are so helpful. They are not pushy at all, but they don't really need to be because Toyota is an excellent car maker, and they have a lot to be proud of there in Wellesley. We love our new car!

Nathan is a genuine, hard working person who makes sure that the customer is well taken care of. He listens to your budget and does not try to upsell you out of it. He tells stories and conversates in a manner that you can tell come from a place of genuine good will, and wants the best for the customer he is working with. In an industry where there can be deception, Nathan is as honest and good hearted as they come. Could not recommend his services enough.
