This is the sixth VW we’ve purchased from Wellesley VW through the years. We’ve found them reliably supportive in sales and service. Andreas Becker on the sales side earns 5 stars for his trusted advice and enthusiasm finding the right car for me. The reason for only 4 stars for the dealership is because of the unsatisfactory trade-in offer. This is after the dealership sent multiple messages that they wanted to buy my previous VW that I had purchased there. Yes, they explained their “policy” but they should stand behind their product. I went to CarMax and sold my old VW for thousands of dollars more than Wellesley VW was offering.

brought my car in for service, Karl helped me out. Funny and wicked smart, helped me out with my service and a repair I didn't know I needed but was safety related front end pulling to the right ended up being an issue with the front suspension. Karl took care of me!
