I am happy with my ID4. The salesperson was courteous and tried to explain the features of the car. Unfortunately I am 96 years old and can only absorb a few facts at a time. As I continue to drive the car, I am using more of the features that are available with this car.

Love having my car services at Wellesley Volkswagen. My service was quick and on time, they have a lovely waiting area with free snacks, water and wifi, and the service reps were very polite and present. It's also located in a great area with lots of restaurants and shops.
