i had a stroke in december but started my ram every week althiugh i couldn't drive. last week i went to start it(the ram) and it wouldn't start ,not even a clicking sound.i called good brothers service and explained the situation to them. they came out ,got the truck started, and took it back to the dealership and diagonsed the problem, ordered the parts and repaired it and returned it to my house.thanks for an awesome job well done! your loyal costemer forever! dennis bailey

Great experience
This is a great dealership. No stuffy suits. Shawn barker was my sales rep. He replied to all my e mails quickly. Never pressured me about anything. What he told me in e mail is what it was . No changes or double talk when i walked into the dealership. I went there 3 diffent times just to look he took the time to show me what i wanted. Jack the buisness manager was great also went over all the paperwork . Informed me of other things but nit trying to over sell me on extea stuff that i wasnt interested in. Plus they had a really good price and there dealer fees are very low compared to others ive seen.

2019 Ram 1500 Big horn
The redesigned 2019 Ram is a really nice truck, this recent ram is my third one..few things I noticed when comparing to my 2016 ram is the ride is not as good, takes the bumps in the road a little harder, the sound system is inadequate, poor quality sound for such a nice truck, and the graphics on the screen are not as easy to read, when receiving a call or making a call the name of the person and other wording is very small.. thx

Straightforward and upfront
I don’t like to waste my time or others. Being straightforward and upfront can clear a path for a purchase or not, and the men that I’d dealt with were both. Much enjoyed my return visit because I’ve been coming to them for over ten years for purchasing and leasing. Strongly recommend this dealership that is family run.

Satisfied with work but Confused by charges.
I was confused when I picked up vehicle I noticed a charge of 129.95 for 4wheel alignment even though there was. a 99.95 special advertised on service counter. Otherwise all concerns were addressed and resolved.

Good Work But Took Much Too Long
Repairs took much longer than told. Promised for Tuesday not completed until Friday. There was a holiday but still. Parts weren't on hand and took their time ordering them. Will consider other repair shops in the future.

A few good men in a industry that needs for guys like them
Pat, George, and Jack were outstanding! No high pressure tactics which I appreciated. Knowledgeable about their product. I feel I got a fair deal. This is the first time I have leased from dodge. The leasing process was easy and fun while working with these gentlemen.

Stopping in for emergency service
I was recently informed by a fellow driver on July 4th that 3 out of my 4 back brake lights were out. I decided to stop on July 5 to see if they had time to fit me in as I was afraid it was A: dangerous B ticket worthy. The serve leader on was excellent squeezed me in with a minimal wait and outstanding low price to keep me safe!!!
