Toyota of Braintree

I had come to Toyota in search of something that would fit my price range. Joe took all of that into consideration and in a matter of 24 hours, got me into a new car. I couldn’t be happier about how professional he was and how everyone made the process simple for me. Thankyou joe and everyone at Toyota !

John was very helpful and explained everything about the car we needed to know. The car was there and ready when promised. I have dealt with this dealership before and once again was not disappointed.

Being a female, I was dreading going to buy a car when my Rav4 was headed towards the end of its lifespan . I typically hate everything about the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised when Joe was not the typical pushy condescending sales man. He made the whole process easy and fun ... we test drove what we wanted and he worked out the numbers to make it happen. And when I picked up the car, he explained how everything worked. Sunny was also extremely easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly when it was a bit overwhelming for me.

Emmanuel and Brian were very informative and couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Bob was less so, but that is expected... just kidding. Bob was impressive, unlike his hockey skills. Just bought my new car here! Which end up having the best buying experience ever! The price is fairly cheap and quality is good. Unlike other dealership they didn't push me to make a suggestion, instead they stand in my shoes and give me good advices on finding the car best suit me. I really appreciate their patients and friendly service which make me enjoy buying the car from them. Will recommend them to others due to their professional and friendly attitude.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Shane is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. No BS, both Shane and Bob were straight shooters, I was upfront with them and they told me what they could and couldn’t do and we were able to make a deal. I visited 3 other dealships and they didn’t even come close to the experience I had with Shane and Braintree Toyota. Let me save you the time, don’t bother running around to other dealships (like I did) just go straight to Braintree Toyota and ask for Shane! Shame is one of the only salesmen that can pull off pink too!! But seriously learn from my experience and all the dealers I went to and call Shane, it will save you a lot of time and money and will be the best car buying experience you will have.
