I will not ever go back to this dealership after my negative experience with the service department, specifically Ernesto. I appreciate the service manager fixing the over charges, and listening to my concerns, however, this does not change my review on how I felt like I was treated disrespectfully. The communication was terrible and it was very obvious he did not care to work with me on anything.
