5 Stars – Tim Colbert at Silko Honda made the difference I just bought my 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport Touring and had to drop a review for Tim Colbert and Nick (initial internet sales contact) along with the team at Silko Honda. I drove all the way from Rhode Island to Raynham, MA just to work with them — and it was 100% worth it. The reason? My local dealerships kept playing games with pricing. I’d ask for the out-the-door number, and I’d still end up getting vague answers or pressure tactics. Tim and the crew at Silko were a breath of fresh air — honest, upfront, and super knowledgeable. From the moment I reached out, Tim made me feel like a priority. No pressure, no shady upsells, no dealer fluff like VIN etching or scotch guard. Just straight-up answers and help every step of the way. The whole buying process was smooth, quick, and totally stress-free. I only had to deal with one person for the entire process, no transfer to F&I which was welcomed. Tim really took the time to make sure everything was right and that I felt good about every part of the deal. It was the most hassle-free car buying experience I’ve had — and I’ve bought more than a few cars in my life.

I have no idea who javani rivera is. I worked with Emilio Silva and Kevin Eaton. To follow is the feedback I offered Honda corporate when asked about my sales experience: Multiple failure points in the sales process. Critical items include: 1. Financing team significantly understaffed. 2 hour rate after applying online. Sales team set inappropriate expectations on wait time and change order of which client up next (I called xx as sales manager did this within earshot of me 2. Dealer failed to work with insurance company to coordinate registration of car. Note I made the change in coverage and had to call to coordinate all paperwork after I got to the dealer to pick up the car 3. As paperwork was not completed on time I had to make a second trip the following day to pick up the car. Sales manager Kevin Eaton was engaged by salesperson Emilio Silva and made a reasonable atonement offer of all weather floor mats on day 1 of pickup attempts. When questioned why the mats were not in the car for day 2 of pickup the response was we need to order them (I’ll call you when they are in. I’m still awaiting that call Emilio and Kevin. 4. Dealer failed to share all lender options. This is a Fair Lending reg violation.

My first interactions were with Nick who respected my preference to communicate first via email until I felt ready for a phone call. We had a call when I was ready, then moved to text to coordinate an appointment. After I arrived, Al took things from there and everything was very straightforward. The vehicle I wanted wasn't available immediately and was going to take 1-2 months to arrive from the factory. But they were then able to make a swap with another dealer and get it to me in a few days.

The entire experience was smooth, and but their was a delay of 2 weeks in registering as the title was missing. However, after a careful inspection of the vehicle, I noticed that the tire tread does not meet my expectations for a certified car. As someone who values safety and reliability, the condition of the tires is a crucial aspect of my driving experience. The current state of the tire tread raises concerns about the longevity and performance of the tires, which is not aligned with the standards I would expect from a certified vehicle. I understand that certified cars undergo a rigorous inspection process, and I have confidence in the credibility of your certification program. However, the tire tread issue has left me somewhat disappointed and has become a point of consideration for me. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. Whether it involves a reassessment of the tires or a potential solution to ensure the safety and performance of the vehicle, your attention to this concern would be greatly appreciated.
