great service

This was my first time at this dealer service center. I was extremely pleased with the check in process, the service advisor, and the work done on my car. I was offered a loaner car for free even though the work would be done in two hours. This allowed me to get some breakfast and not be stuck sitting in the waiting room. All those that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. I will be using them for all my service needs even though they are a distance from where I live. Well worth the trip.

Only an oil change

Great service. The only thing I question is the kiosk. Too much like a Walmart checkout. I would ditch the kiosk and give individual attention

Great Customer Service

I brought my car in to be repaired for an airbag recall, I signed in quickly and my car was serviced in great time, I liked how friendly and considerate Jamie Martinho was. I will recommend this Honda Dealership to family and friends.

Service

Reason for visiting Silko Honda was first 5000 mile oil change . Friendly, accommodating ,knowledgeable ! Will be visiting dealership once again in a couple of weeks for a Honda recall .

Smooth Transition from CR-V to Pilot

I came in on 3/3/19 to test drive a Pilot and to find out my lease options for the 2016 CR-V I needed to return this November. Because of the low miles on CR-V I was given a very attractive lease offer on a new 2019 Pilot which after some discussions with my wife I decided to accept. Rick Santos and Kevin Eaton were great to work with, including Jakelyn Diaz who I initially conversed with via email, and Stacey Seal in Finance. My wife loves the car and so do I. New 2019 Honda Pilot Elite purchase

I started my research and purchase considerations via the web with several dealers and the SILKO internet team had the quickest and most competitive offer, right out of the gate. After deliberating over the various Pilot trim levels, compared to what I was looking for, SILKO had a perfect match. (as did the slower responding dealers). Jakelyn and Kathy were in constant contact for the week of vetting I took to make my final decision to go with SILKO (again, my 2nd vehicle with them). On arrival at the dealership I met Emilio Silva, who made the almost pre-negotiated deal even more transparent. He took the time to carefully listen to our needs with regard to our trade and other factors and stayed with us (after hours) to finalized a satisfactory sale/deal. Emilio is a true product specialist who answered any/every question or concern we had and the delivery went extremely well.

Great as always

I continue to appreciate the fine Service Dept at Silko Honda. Alex, thank you for greeting me immediately and then walking me through the check in Kiosk. I have mixed feelings about that system but it's ok although I prefer having to do nothing but sign the bottom line. :-) Dino picked up my service process and explained what was happening. I'm glad the Fuel Pump recall was taken care of and now I have my new tires. Thank you Scott Mansur for explaining the tire options so I could make a good decision. Always a good experience at Silko.

These place is full of ill mannered unprofessional people

Short Version: ---------------------- If you don't have a smart demographics (you know what I mean), please do not go here. You will be insulted to the maximum degree possible. Longer Version: ------------------------- Normally I do not write a review online, however, today is special. I visited Silko Honda today to buy a new CR-V. The whole management of Silko Honda is extremely unwelcoming and discriminatory in their behavior. In short, all the managers are highly ill mannered. If they do not like your face, they will behave with you as such you are a beggar asking for money from them. First of all, I got a call from their internet manager named Jakelyn who quoted me a price for CR-V EX. I asked her if they had some red exterior CR-V EX because I only want to buy a red one, she replied they had 2 in stock. Being assured, I took uber to visit their place spending 45$ only to find out that she lied to me. Jakelyn is a lier, please don't believe anything she says. I was greeted by agent Emilio on the door and he let me know they never had red CR-V EX in stock. FYI, Emilio was very professional and friendly with me and wanted to help me in every possible way. However, Jakelyn told me a second lie about the quoted price. The desk manager told Emilio that he will not sell CR-V at the price which Jakelyn quoted. The quoted price was also a lie just to attract me to visit their place ! I requested Emilio to ask the desk manager that whether he can consider some discounts. To my utmost surprise, the desk manager started screaming and yelling at Emilio in front of me. Desk manager even did not bother to look at me, let alone talk to me. While I saw him meeting with other people ("matches a particular demographics") very cordially, always smiling, he would not even bother to say me a "hi". This desk manager is the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. He will judge you by your race and will try to throw you out from the dealer shop with all his rude behavior. I have never felt so much discriminated before in my life. Ignoring the desk manager, I kept talking to Emilio to pin down to a specific purchase. Jakelyn told me I will get a 500$ discount as a fresh graduate, which the finance manager completely denied. In fact he told me the following words in the highest possible rude manner: "I will not discount a single money for you. Either you buy it, or you may leave." Yes, you heard me correct! The finance manager said that on my face. I could not stand at that place anymore. I felt like crying. It was insulting, abusing and extremely discriminatory behavior. If they don't like to talk to a person from particular demographics, they should flag a signboard saying "people from ****** . are not welcome here." Now, the choice is yours.

In regards to your racial allegations, let me first point out that both your sales rep, Emilio and BDC rep are not “white skinned”. We are an equal opportunity business, both for employees and customers. We stand behind the good reputation of our company’s diverse professionals. I have read your lead inquiry and your email correspondence with our BDC – your inquiry from True Car initially came in for a Lunar Silver Metallic CRV EX. After your phone call with Jakelyn, you specified that you were only interested in a grey CRV, so I don’t understand your frustration over us not having a red CRV in stock. Jakelyn did not deceive you on pricing, we offer transparency pricing on our website and through our email correspondences – our website clearly states that pricing does not reflect tax, title, registration or other dealer fees. Jakelyn went over all pricing including wheel locks and getting new plates during your phone conversation. Unfortunately, you are ineligible for Honda’s Recent College Grad incentive. According to the guidelines provided by Honda, in order to qualify you must have recently completed your Bachelor’s, Masters or Associates degree or an RN certificate. This is a program set by Honda Financial and we have to follow their rules and restrictions. Upon your conversation with Jakelyn, you only specified that you were a recent grad and eligibility would be determined upon your visit and you provided qualifying proof. We understand that you did travel out of your way to do business with us, and we apologize for any miscommunication between yourself and our team. We will, however, NOT STAND for your racial allegations and are deeply offended. Helpful and thorough

Dino in service really worked hard to get my issue settled with the outside warranty company and got my tire replaced. It wasn’tceady And I appreciated his persistence.

Service

I was loyal to one Honda dealer for over 25 years until I had a bad experience. I’ve shopped around looking for a decent family run dealership and when my sister found Silko, I gave them a try! I didn’t even buy my Pilot from them, but I’m able to take advantage of the buy one get one free oil change anyway! They are quick, courteous, and I was allowed to bring my Golden Retriever into the waiting room today ( who by the way made many new friends!!) When it’s time to buy my next Honda, I will without a doubt be coming to Silko and encouraging my friends to do the same...Thank you for restoring my faith in decent Honda Dealerships.
