Premier Jeep in Hyannis has an excellent Service Center that is an absolute pleasure to deal with!!! They are hospitable, honest, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable and their service center is super squeaky clean and visually pleasing, and the bathrooms are very lovely and clean too. I had a flat tire today and was greeted by their driver, an absolute darling young man with a lovely smile and then assisted by Lauren Pavao (: She was Awesome!!! Extremely warm, competent and helpful. I did not get the gentleman's name that performed the service but he was great too!! Lauren brought me right out to the service floor so I could see exactly what the issue was with the Mechanic. This is the only Service Center that I have ever gone to where they will honestly tell you if work is necessary or also if it is NOT necessary. I have had multiple occasions where I have thought that I would have to spend more money and they have actually come back to me and saved me money.. Imagine that!! totally unheard of in the Auto Dealership Service industry. If there is anything serious that needs to be dealt with for my vehicle I would not trust anyone else but Premier Jeep Service Center. Always a pleasure, always a fabulous experience. Buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee at Premier was a great experience. The price was fair and Leo Laemmle made it all so easy. We just sat in comfortable chairs while he did all the work, got the plates and put them on. He was great at explaining all the special features of the car as well. I highly recommend Premier and Leo Laemmle!

Did not end up purchasing a vehicle, but Leo Laemmle was by far the most knowledgeable and patient salesman I have dealt with on my search for a new car. I would 100% recommend Leo to anyone on the market for a new vehicle. I will be looking for him next time around.

Every other dealership I went to, would not return my calls, take me seriously, or be very helpful in general.
