Went in for a recall on my 16 charger Hellcat, they had to replace my cats, they tried to charge me 400.00 for 2 straps, when asked what there for, he never answered, 2nd they tried to charge me labor on a warranty/recall. They gave me a total estimate of 2400, I asked them you want me to pay you for this, the guy said yes. I contacted SRT and Dodge and filed complaints my car was serviced at another dealership and didn't cost anything. I would recommend finding a different dealer these are xxxx.

That is ok i wouldn't want another mopar enthusiasts be ripped off by tge service department. Especially on warranty work. So my Redeye and various other hellcat owners have vetoed your business and would rather drive a hour to get quality work done on our cars.
