A great experience

I went to a few Premier dealerships, and had a good experience at both but ultimately decided on a Jeep. Jonathan Wattley helped me - through the whole process ... setting me up to test drive three cars, and making the buying process so simple. Today I returned to get my inspection done and it was an easy experience. Am most impressed by the level of courtesy and professionalism of every single person we’ve dealt with.

Easypeasy

Rob let us know our lease was almost up and there were some deals we could take advantage of. He was direct and made it very easy to understand. That was on a thursday and i drove home with my beautiful new car on monday. Justin gave great directions on how to use all the controls. He answered all my questions. Andrew made the financing easy and painless. Thanks guys for the premier experience!

Great Customer Service at Premier

I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Patxi yesterday. He was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles I was interested in and he helped me with my decision making process. He had everything taken care of in a short period of time. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were also very nice to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership.

Had to have another Jeep

I wasn’t sure when I arrived at the dealership whether I would buy or lease a car. I knew I wanted a Jeep having had three grand cherokeesfor several years. Paxti gave me details of costs of buying and leasing.. he thentook me out on the lot and we looked at other Jeeps downsizing a bit to the Cherokee . I decided a smaller car would work for me.. There were a few items that I needed or wanted to have on a new car. Heated seats, remote starter and a few other musts. Paxti recommended the Cherokee Limited . I decided to take the one I saw on the lot.. I came back two days later to sign all the remaining papers with Andrew . I also got a tutorial with Gio. “Genius” is what I think Paxti called him. We spent almost an hour going over features of the car They inspected the car, gave me new plates and I drove off the lot. If there is one thing I would have liked that I didn’t get to do was a road test.

Smoothest car-buying experience I’ve had

I bought a Jeep Compass from Patxi today and it couldn’t have gone any smoother. Start to finish, he was completely professional was also being very personable. I highly recommend Premier, and Patxi in particular. Very pleased with the outcome.

Brought Jeep in for six month service. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Appointment on time. Enjoyed watching TV and having a snack while waiting. Very clean.
