These guys made buying our first car a breeze. They were very patient and respectful. Plus, after an unexpected issue came up in our first month of ownership... while we were out of the area, and it wasn't covered by the warranty, they helped cover the cost, which they weren't obligated to do.

I brought my car in for routine service and I had a question about something I could not find on my dashboard display. Initially I could not get it solved,... but Mark took the extra time to get it solved and provide me with a clear, direct and printed out explanation. Great Experience. The service staff at Hyannis Honda have always been good.

Purchased a 2012 accord EXL Tony made it very easy pleasurable to deal with. They took the car to detail and I asked if there was any way they could put... a little wax on it and that did not happen I guess that might be me expecting too much also first thing I did when I got the car home was replace the cabin air filter as the ventilation system smelled A little musty and the filter was very dirty but overall I think they are a great dealership to work with
Tony was very busy, but remained attentive and focused on what we needed. We will definitely do business with him again. We felt Shane was also very organized... and easy to work with. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great product.
Was working with Sean Rausch via email regarding HondaCare on a new 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. He was responsive via email, not exactly the most... kind as he questioned if I knew my vehicle was indeed a Hybrid or not. After discussing price of the warranty via email with Sean, he then quoted me a number and I replied back to confirm that it was indeed on the 8 year/120,000 mile zero dollar deductible HondaCare warranty to which he replies "Nevermind, I was looking at the wrong line". Seems like a bait and switch to me.... Spent several hours communication with Sean only to be lied to. BUYER BEWARE.
HI, Sorry that you had a bad experience.. The price that you were quoted up front was the correct quote. When Sean went to verify the price, (which he... did since we always have the lowest price on the genuine Hondacare warranty) he made a mistake and looked at the wrong price line. He admitted his mistake and reverted to the originally quoted price. The reason that he asked about whether it was a hybrid or not, is because oftentimes people will accidentally select a non hybrid accord from the drop down menu and there is a significant price difference. I assure you that he wasn't insinuating anything. Furthermore, he even told you after he confirmed the price that, if the other dealer's quote was truly for Hondacare and not a third party plan, then you should take it, as it was much lower than our price, and Sean is not authorized to sell Hondacare for hundreds of dollars below cost.
Tom Whalen was the best sales rep I have ever worked with. Gave me a better deal than I expected. In these recent difficult times he made buying a car... stress free, easy and very fair.
Mike Kelliher and Tom Whalen were excellent to work with in our lease of a 2020 CRV Touring. Given the current Covid situation both made leasing the car... over the phone a smooth process without an hassle. I think this what impresses me the most about the dealership as they are straight forward, no games and gives you an honest appraisal and purchase price. I appreciate this and no high pressure! I will certainly recommend Tom to friends and at some point we will all met each other without masks!
