If I could, I would’ve rated Rachel more than 5 stars she went above and beyond for my husband and I. The vehicle is running good, the car was super duper neat! overall best dealership in town!

This is my 4th vehicle purchase from Hyannis Honda and the dealership never disappoints. Purchasing a vehicle is always a lot of effort and Hyannis Honda does a good job minimizing the hassle. I would also like to give a shout out to the service department they do a very nice job.

I have been buying Hondas since 1980 from Danny Vecchione. He has always been upfront and given me a good deal.

Everyone was great from Salesman Big Mike Mgr Shane and the service dept! I had to bring the car in for them to check something after I purchased it. And Brenda from the service department was so helpful. Had them go over everything disinfect the AC and drop me off and pick me up. Can’t say enough about Hyannis Honda. And to top it off, I got a beautiful Honda pilot

It was a great experience and worth the drive. I appreciated I was able to get actual quotes for hondacare and the vehicle I purchased online without elaborate information requests and forced followup contact. Your price beat out what my local dealer was offering me by leaps and bounds. Nice to feel my business was appreciated and I liked that there was little to no outdated, stereotypical car salesmen pressure tactics. Tony T. took great care of me.

Disappointed that Tony included the accessory Luggage Crossbars in my contract payment even though they were backordered. I would rather have paid for them later when I received them (still not avail after 3 wks), but didnt want to wait for him to recreate the contract. Also a little annoyed that I had to sit in the dealership for two hours after buying the car to add it to my insurance and then wait for the insurance to create and send the paperwork to the dealer, when I could have done that earlier from my home in half the time if the dealership had told me.

Both Jason and Tony were amazing to work with. Highly recommended. Look forward to my next vehicle with Hyannis Honda
