I came into Hyannis Honda frazzled, wanting something ASAP, and completely over the car search. I was seen right away by Mike, who patiently walked me through the options and logistics. He and the manager (I forget his name- Tony?) were kind and professional. I didn't feel pressured at all, which was a relief. And a bonus is that I was able to do my vehicle inspection right away.
