I went in and spoke with Andrew Burling. I knew exactly...

I went in and spoke with Andrew Burling. I knew exactly what I wanted and he offered a few suggestions but respected what I wanted and did not pressure me into anything. This was an easy process and I was able to pick my car up within a few days. I was very steadfast on what I wanted, what I wanted to pay for it, what options and color I wanted. Not once, was I made to feel like I was wrong or that it couldn't or wouldn't happen. I was demanding the best for my family and myself and I got that and more. What a friendly, happy person I got to work with. Someone who saw what I saw and why I saw the value in my car. He never tried to talk me out of that model or into something I couldn't afford. I loved the no pressure, no gimmick salesmanship. I will come back when I can and I will hope to work with Andrew again. Thank you for helping me get my very first brand new car Andrew!

Late on Wednesday, February 19, I submitted an email...

Late on Wednesday, February 19, I submitted an email request on the color and type of vehicle I was looking for and in no time I received a quote from Andrew Burling. The next day I made contact with Andrew and explain that I would not be able to go in until Saturday. He made sure that he was able to accommodate me. On Saturday, we met Andrew, for the test drive through the final purchase that we were satisfied and felt comfortable with the decision. I especially like to thank Andrew Burling for his expertise and professionalism in making sure I was happy and satisfied through the whole process from beginning to the end.

Overall personal attention in the right direction.

My experience with Honda in Hyannis was pleasant and completely knowledgable in every way. I have never owned a Honda before....the CRV was what I was interested in it was a great experience to try it out. I am very satisfied so far and have complete faith in everything that Peter Stout explained to me. He was very patient and things went smoothly because of him...thank you Peter and Honda!! I appreciate the buying experience that my wife and I recently had with Mike O'Neil at Hyannis Honda. It was truly "hassle free". My Ford SUV had just died, so my wife and I decided to check prices at Hyannis Honda for a quick replacement, but we weren't sure which Honda model we would be most interested in, having owned Honda's off and on since 1980. All the favorable articles about Honda and the Accord during 2013 in Consumer Reports, Car and Driver, and Road and Track had made the up front decision making easy. Jake met us when we walked in, and started answering our questions and asking some of his own, which got us quickly to three test drives of a Civic, Accord, and the CRV. My wife and I settled on the Accord Sport in the showroom, which we agreed to lease immediately. Jake started the paperwork and got us squared away financially. We agreed to pick up the car in two days to allow for car prep and lease approval. It was a busy afternoon and Jake is the one who kept it going to a successful conclusion. He was upbeat, helpful, and positive throughout. Having had cars serviced at Hyannis Honda in the past, I know we've made a good decision.

I traveled all the way from Wakefield, MA to come to Hyannis Honda. I have dealt with them before and have always had a great experience! Dennis Granit was excellent in the whole process of purchasing my new car! He guarenteed I got the best price I could. My new accord is amazing and Dennis went through what everything did and how everything worked perfectly!

I bought a new Honda Accord last week. Dan who sold me...

I bought a new Honda Accord last week. Dan who sold me the car was very prompt and professional. The last Honda dealership I bought from I waited over 5 hours. Not at Hyannis Honda, I was there for an hour, only because Dan helped me with all the new technology in the car. I had no idea how to use some of the new technology in the car and Dan showed me everything. I live outside of Boston, now I will only use Hyannis Honda due to the fact Dan made my experience great! I recommend Hyannis Honda to anyone wanting a fast, friendly, and patient experience. Thank you Dan! Kelly P

My experience at Hyannis Honda was great! Jake Roberts...

My experience at Hyannis Honda was great! Jake Roberts helped me buy a used Honda Pilot about a month ago, two days later we were in an accident it was totaled. No sooner did I call him and explain the situation I was in another car. His whole team worked so well together to get me into another car as soon as possible. I couldn't ask for a better bunch of people to help me out. I highly recommend Jake, and the whole dealership. I have been telling everyone that will listen about how impressed I am with them. Thank You So Much!!
