The experience can be an overwhelming but staff was super friendly and made me feel confident that my purchase and time was valued. Nick was my salesperson for the purchase of a new Altima, and I had a great experience with him. I traded in my old Nissan, and I only give the buying process 4 stars because instead of coming out with a reasonable first offer, they hit you with an insulting first trade/discount number, so that you'll counter offer with what you want. That part of the process I could have done without, but once you get past that, they handle the transaction courteously, quickly and make you feel good about your purchase. Nick was patient, composed and helpful throughout the day. He got my car ready after the 8pm closing time while I was finishing the paperwork, he offered to come in early a couple days later so we could review features together and finish up with the inspection sticker and final docs. Definitely ask for Nick. He carries himself professionally.

I just bought my second Subaru Legacy from Mastria. Wayne and Charlie were wonderful. They helped me get the car I wanted with a price I could afford. I have always been happy with the sales staff and service department. I would never by a car from anywhere else.

As far as buying a new vehicle goes, I enjoyed purchasing mine at Mastria Subaru. The staff were friendly and helpful and did not pressure me the way other dealerships did. They also gave me a very fair trade-in value on my old car. I don't plan on buying another new car for a while, but when I do, I would definitely go back here.
