His empathetic approach to truly helping his customers find what is right for them does not go unnoticed. I was happy Bruce was working when it was my turn for a new car. Dealers matter but but the individual salesperson makes or breaks the purchase process. Bruce made my purchasing process the best of my 40 years of buying cars. He listened to us, communicated clearly, and demonstrated his honesty. This was the first time I purchased a car where the interaction felt collaborative, not adversarial.
