Rancier was courteous and professional. He never apply any presser to accept anything I didn't want. I did go on line to Herb Chambers and was able to see the vehicle I wanted. I would recommend Rancier to anyone. Thank you Rancier, The only issue I have is with the process. It took way too long particularly since I payed cash for this beautiful car. I have owned a few Hondas in the past the most recent being. A Honda CRV 215 lease turned in July of 2019. I had had a stroke in May and decided to get a smaller vehicle. I met with Rancier Matos for the lease turn in and promised him I would be back when I could drive to buy a replacement Honda. A week ago I returned and met with Rancier who placed me in a Honda Fit which was perfect for what I was looking for. He was professional and sympathetic to what I had been through with the stroke and did all he could to make certain I was happy with my purchase and being able to drive again. I walked into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted As soon as I walked in Rancier walked up to me to assist me. Made my experience super easy. He was very friendly and even made it happen so I could leave the dealership same day with my 2017 accord. He showed me a lot about the car before I left the parking lot &; he even helped me clean out the car I was trading in AND He even picked up my car from work to get it inspected , registered Etc. thanks again Rancier you’re greatly appreciated.

We had a great buying experience at Herb Chambers Honda and Ara Yaghsizian was fantastic throughout the whole process. He explained the car features in great detail on the test drive, answered all of our questions, and was very personable. I would highly recommend stopping by Herb Chambers and asking for Ara.

Nice clean good fast service , I was in and out and left with the car I wanted, they even registered and inspected my car . Rico was great we were on the same page the whole way threw he really knows his product he even text me days I couldn’t make it up to the dealership and walked me threw step buy step and let me know exactly what I had do to get done .
