Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk

John always available when I called. Great customer service from any individual with whom I spoke. I walk with a cane and employees were great.

A few days ago I came to look at a car located at this Herb Chambers Honda Dealer in Seekonk. I live about one hour away, but the specific car I was interested in seemed to have a great price point and excellent reviews, so I did not mind the distance. When I showed up at the dealer, I was introduced to a sales associate, Bishwa Panthi. Bishwa was very friendly, and we took a car for a test drive. I was very pleasantly surprised the car looked and drove just like it was advertised. The sales rep was very thorough in explaining the details of the car, and the manufacturer as well as the Herb Chambers warranty, and the process of certifying a pre-owned car at Honda of Seekonk. After the test drive, I felt very comfortable about the quality of the car I was intending to purchase. At this point, Bishwa sat down with me, and we went through the options for financing the car and making the sale happen. Over the next few days, Bishwa kept me posted of the progress, and after working closely with Tom Aresenian, the loan officer at Honda of Seekonk, we were able to get the sale finished. Bishwa and Tom also explained to me some of the other options that would help protect my car in the future such as the protective paint coat, extended warranty and gap insurance. The overall car purchase at this Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk was a very positive experience, and I will certainly consider coming back to this dealer for my future service, as well if I am looking to purchase another vehicle.

Go figure, here I am filling out Ara's review and he calls me at 8:30 in the evening to make sure all went well on the way home with our new Passport. Three things I learned about Ara today is that he loves his job, his daughter and his girlfriend very much. As he has been in sales for only nine months I can assure you one thing, if he continues to love his job and be as dedicated to it as he is he's on the correct path to a great career.

Third time buying a car at herb chambers. Exactly as expected. Price is what they say. A little bit of a sell on extras but no hard sell. Ara was very helpful. Asked all the right questions and was more interested in getting me a car that suited me rather than a car that suited him. Excellent all round experience.
