Excellent buying experience. Bought the CRV in an afternoon and drove it home that night. Herb Chambers did all the registry leg-work, which helped me a lot. In addition, I think I got a great deal on an AWD auto I needed very much. And, as I bought my last car with them also and used their service department, I know that their service departlment and reps are honest and go out of their way to give great value to all their customers. So I look forward to extending the relationship with Herb Chambers of Seekonk.

The ability to negotiate is very important to us. We were able to negotiate with John and his team for almost one month over the phone and by email until we got the deal that we wanted. John and Danielle understood that while the amenities provided at the dealership such as coffee and water are nice, it makes more sense not to spend hours on end sitting at a dealership. In 36 months, I will be back hopefully with the same sales person negotiating to get into a new car.
