Honda Pilot

I was just recently shopping for a vehicle. I had went to many different dealerships. They didnt have what I was looking for or the sales help was too pushy. I went to Honda looking for a Honda Pilot and John was the one to assist me. He was pleasant and very helpful without being pushy. He is knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to work with him. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Certified Honda Pilot and LOVE IT!

Best salesman yet

K.B is the man!!!! very respectful ,polite & took good care. He went above and beyond for me and made me feel real comfortable into purchasing a new vehicle. I’m a business owner myself and if I to own a dealership or have anyone on my team i would like to have a guy like him. Carried himself very well n in a professional matter........ Dan the Man. Kickin' xxx and taking names.

I hate buying cars. I told my salesmen this8 in the first 30 seconds of meeting him. Danny Reyes listened like a pro as I told him exactly the specifics of what I was looking to do and what type of car I needed. Within 60 seconds Dan had found me the car that I wanted to buy and I bought it. True! Friendly, well-informed and customer-focused is the experience I got in working with Danny Reyes. Dan also advised me of the simonizing and additional benefits that would be available to me at the finance department and I added gap insurance based upon his recommendation after watching a video. This was hands down the best automotive buying experience of my life. My hats off the entire team but especially Dan Reyes. See you guys in a few years when it's time to trade this baby in and get a new hot rod. Peace and love. Jim McLaughlin

Great experience with Danny

I had a great experience with Danny during the President’s day sale. My lease was supposed to end in June but I went in to see if there were any options available for an early return. I told him what I was looking for and he answered all of my questions. He quickly pulled up the options I had based on what I had told him and he also tried to find the best deals he could for me financially. I ended up leasing a new car that day and I’m very happy about it! I would say I had a great experience and would recommend Danny to anyone looking to lease or purchase a new car !

Tim is a honest thorough and all around good guy!

Tim Islip Service Manager is a stand up guy. I brought in my newly purchased 2007 Accord with two items the seller and my local garage confirmed the car needed. Tim could have replaced both costly items and charged me, he did not he was honest and upfront about my cars immediate and future needs. Tim did everything possible to get my car safe, reliable and he bent over backwards creatively thinking of ways to stay within my budget. He is a credit to Herb Chambers Honda and to the dealer service industry. I will be back! Andrew Conti - Attleboro, MA

A CIVIC SI!

While the Civic SI in yellow is supposed to be easy enough to find, it seemed only Ryan and the Seekonk Herb Chambers dealership could actually get one that i could drive. Since I have been planning to buy a brightly colored SI for only about three years, I was very pleased when one showed up. Throughout the process Ryan worked hard for me--finding the car, contacting me, getting the paperwork done, and working to assure that the sale went smoothly. He did all he could to make this a great relationship. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend working with Ryan to purchase a car. Thanks Ryan!

Expert assistance in every way!

Here is a shout out to Angela Gallagher, our newest friend! She was amazing in every way. From the first moment we sat beside her to look st cars, to the day that all was said and done, Angela provided us with expert advice, friendly conversation, and unending support. She worked closely with Kyle,our finance manager to get us the best car that we could most comfortably afford. We spent a few hours at Herb Chambers, and the time was filled with pleasant conversation with many staff member, allowing us to take the time that was needed to secure our loan with the right lender. We love our car! It is our 2nd Honda Accord from this dealership and we are very pleased. We also feel that we have a few new friends! Angela and I texted back and forth like old friends.
