I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz from this primarily Honda dealer. I thought I was going to be persuaded into purchasing a Honda but that was not the case. I had previously purchased a Honda CR-V 2 years prior to purchasing my recent car (both with the help of KB) and then decided to trade it in for a more luxuries car. KB worked with me to choose a car that was in my price range and of my desire. I was able to test drive a few cars I was interested in. It was a very busy Day at the dealership but KB was very patient with me and really took his time to educate me about the cars I was interested in and really helped me ensure I could afford my payments once I left the lot.

Bought my car almost two years ago and couldn't be happier with it. Recently brought my car in for service, wipers were not working. Tim found a few other issues with the car when I mentioned I was hearing a ticking sound. Everything was covered under the warranty. I paid $100.00 (deductible) for $1,800.00 worth of work. My warranty was about to expire and if Tim hadn't been so thorough the needed repairs might have been missed and I would have been out of pocket down the road.

Ara was very responsive and personable, making the process of buying an Odyssey smooth and enjoyable. He took us on two test drives, and he was confident but never pushy. He took extra time and came in early to make sure our car was ready to pick up. Highly recommended!
