5 stars over all, tech wise it’s great!! But it has its cons for instant, when trying out the car for the first couple of trail runs the breaks would make all types of noise . Then after multiple times having it checked over it still remained the same, only after having the whole brake system swapped to new ones then so far everything seems to be ok. Thanks again for your kind and helpful service

You know I use to brag about you guys but my last few encounters have been terrible!!!!! The first issue I had was when I was picking up my vehicle they couldn't find my paperwork because instead of it being with an advisor or with the ladies it was on the counter where customers walk up to and my information is all over that paperwork. That was sooooo unprofessional. Last Monday I called to make an appointment for an oil change and to fix my rims both on separate days and when I went in for my oil change that following Wednesday they said I didn't have an appointment and, that the only appointment I had was for my rims on a Tuesday at 9. Well guess what it's Tuesday and you guessed it, I didn't have an appointment today either apparently!! Same building but all the computers have different software is their excuse when the ladies on the side said they had it showing on their monitor after I flipped out!! I am so mad I don't even want to get anymore cars from them. When my lease is up I'm washing my hands after 6 years!! Bad business. Get it together! Zero stars

I had a phenomenal experience at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. My salesman was Miguel and he went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I would be happiest with. He was friendly, upbeat, fast and efficient. He was patient with me when figuring out what I wanted and filling out paperwork, incredibly knowledgable, and fast with getting all the background work done and delivering the car to me efficiently. Brian was also great to work with for the financing portion of my time at Herb Chambers! He was very friendly and helpful with the overload of information that we had to go through! I am already driving my new car and loving it! I highly recommend this dealership, and I especially recommend that you ask for Miguel to help you find what your looking for.

I walked in the dealership looking for a car o saw on line, have the fortunes of Ara Yaghsizian was my salesman, I was only looking for a car and in less than a hour I get approved , He was great explaining to me all the options I have, I will definitely would be buying from this dealership again. from start to finish the car buying experience here was phonominal.my sslesman ryan burns was incredible and very knowledgeable about the whole process.at first the deal we made was too high for us then im sure ryan worked out a much better deal for us to afford .had a minor issue with car andcryan said just make appointment next week to fix this minor issue.there eas no presure at this deslership or with ryan burns .loved my experience

Very easy going, not pushy at all!! She made my vehicle purchase very easy, and stress free!! I also found her to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly! one of the best decisions I’ve made was giving K.B a call when I was looking for a car to buy.
