Fast easy enjoyable experience

I went there to buy a car which I seen on the website. Was met by cliff in parking lot. He greeted me and after a few minutes was in the car test driving it. In talking found it was his day off and he still stayed with me and we test drove another car which I bought. Thanks for taking the time Cliff customer service and easygoing talking still matters these days. Rick

Salesman was nice and easy to work with

Terrific experience! Ryan was easy to work with and pricing was great. Ryan tried to make sure everything went well and all was what was promised

Not your typical car buying experience

Overall my visit was great. I went in knowing what i wanted and John was there from the start to meet with me, explore options and finalize the deal. It was nice to be a dealership where you did not feel so much pressure, especially when it came to upgrades, add-on’s Etc

Personable and Not Pushy

What sets Ryan Burns apart from others is that even though he was very knowledgeable Ryan went out of his way to verify car info he wasn't 100% sure about. Ryan was very personable, and made it clear that he would NOT sell a car he wouldn't drive himself- which goes to show how Ryan prides himself in the quality of the cars. Ryan also gave several options at my price point without being overly pushy. I will definitely be asking for Ryan when I look for my next car!

Best customer service!

I was so impressed with the customer service! My previous experience at another dealership (Nissan)was awful And made me nervous to purchase another car. This location in Seekonk everyone was super friendly, they would all greet us, offer food and drinks and the best part of the experience was Angela Gallagher! I never felt so comfortable with a sales person usually they are to pushy and I end up walking away. She was very helpful took her time and never made me feel like I was a bother or just another “Sale”. She definitely went above and beyond partnering up with her sales manager Jose to ensure I was taken care of!! Thank you again to everyone who helped!!

Excellent experience

Angela was very patient, accommodating, thorough Everyone that we came into contact with was professional, personable and accommodating You really felt at home with the snacks, freshly popped popcorn and the quantity of vehicles to choose from

Awesome experience!

My Salesperson Danny was able to help me find everything I was looking for. He showed me a few vehicles that had all the features I was looking for and mad my decision easy! Would recommend him to anyone!

Fantastic! Over the top!

John was very professional....We went to the dealership to look at a new Civic si .....John was very friendly.......He didn't push us or trying to up sell us anything else....we were in and out in 2 hours....which to me is a big deal especially when you have kids with you.....I would highly recommend you go see John for your next Honda!
