We have never been to Herb Chambers Honda before as I’m
We have never been to Herb Chambers Honda before as I’m from Florida and only have used Hendrick Honda there but in our travels ran into a problem with our Honda CRV. We were told it would be a long wait but we didn’t want to leave as didn’t want to get stuck on road. I had to call Honda in FL for them to e-mail Brian some info he needed and Jesus sent it right over and within an hour our car was repaired and covered under warranty. I texted Brian after we left and thanked him for his prompt service and said I would recommend him to anyone. I then called Jesus to thank him and was told he had heard from Brian as well as me. A very happy customer—Joanne
