We had a wonderful experience with Sam Aljallad on Sunday. Sam was extremely friendly and very knowable, so right from the start we knew we were in good hands. Sam made us feel very comfortable and it was very clear that he loved helping people. We really like the fact that Sam didn't put any pressure on us and simple shared information with us about the vehicle we were interested in. Once we decided on the vehicle and wrapped things up with Sam, he brought us over and introduced us to Brian Delsesto. Brian was also very easy to talk, pleasant and informative. He gave us various options when it came to warranties with absolutely with no pressure (which we greatly appreciated). Herb Chambers of Seekonk is very fortunate to have both Sam and Brian servicing their customers and we look forward to doing business in the future. It was an absolute pleasure to visit the dealership which warrants a big "Thank You" to Herb Chambers for making customer service a priority! The quality that separates you from your competitors.
