The process was very seamless. They even had a loaner vehicle waiting for me when I dropped the car off. That was great seeing how it’s so hard to get a loaner these days when your vehicle is being serviced due to rental vehicle shortages. They even took a drive with me after the repairs were made to make sure everything was fixed. I did have to leave the car an additional day because when we test drove it I did identify a noise that my car was making. They diagnosed the issue and called me with results. I’m very satisfied. My service advisor Malainne was thorough and I feel she was very honest. I didn’t get the sketchy repair shop vibe from her.
