I have to say, as a woman, I am usually pretty stressed
I have to say, as a woman, I am usually pretty stressed whenever I take my car in for service anywhere but this time was a great experience from the very start! I was able to book my appointment when it was convenient for me. My service advisor Brian made me feel comfortable by going over what the estimated cost of the repairs I needed and he also let me know that he would call if anything else cropped up once the mechanic took a look at the engine so that I would have the option to decide if I wanted to repair whatever else that needed to be done while my car was there. He called when my car was ready and there were no surprises when I picked up my car. A great experience! Thank you!

went there with my family for oil change.
went there with my family for oil change. For my wife SUV. Ronald help us out, very knowledgeable. Great customer service very polite. I don’t go anywhere else go just to Herb Chamber, Just one think we used to long time ago receive the coupons for parts and service by email. We haven’t receive them in a while, Be great if they’re available again.
