When I arrived at Herb Chambers I was met by Ronald Rodas who was the consummate professional. He explained the process and the cost and kept me updated every step of the way. I had stopped going to the dealer where I bought my car for repairs as I was treated very poorly. I have been using a local mechanic who said this particular problem needed to be done at a dealer. He recommended I go to Herb Chambers. I am so pleased with the service, the cost( never used my extended warranty but boy did that come in handy. Thank you you Ron for helping with this) My car drives like it’s brand new. Because of my experience with Ron, Herb Chambers has gained a new customer. A friend who purchased her CRV at the same dealership I purchased mine will no longer use their service dept and has already made an appointment at Herb Chambers at my recommendation. I told her to ask for Ron Rodas. He has restored my faith in using a dealer for repairs.

I had a problem with my car same issue with battery and your service recently checked it out and said everything's AOK ..but again my car died and called AAA..AAA again for second time checked my battery and showed me how low the charge was and stating that's why it keeps on dying I had them replace the battery as explained and showing me the readings. My car has started up every time. I am very surprised your mechanic who checked it twice didn't pick up on it or maybe they didn't take time to hook it up to diagnostics . and just did a visual ....very unhappy for the inconvenience and my quick response to state trust in your work performance. I was stranded at work 60 miles from home at work when car died again So I think your mechanic should have taken a little more time ..since a AAA techs picked up on it right away ( 2 different techs)
