I bought my first car in 2008 and had a great experience so when I was forced into needing a car now, I returned back to Herb Chambers looking for another great experience in a tough situation I was going through. I was fortunate to have worked with Angela, she has amazing customer service skills, exactly what is needed when working with the public! She was very patient, attentive and helpful when looking at vehicles all the way through my driving off the lot with the vehicle she sold me and even afterwards to help me a couple questions I had. I also worked with Bill in Finance, who was amazing too! Another example of great customer service. Both Angela and Bill were very helpful and helped me be at ease through the whole process. I will definitely be coming back in the future for the next vehicle I need and will surely reccomend Angela and the dealership to friends.

After looking around for the right used Prius, and navigating car sales people elsewhere who were committed to over-selling , it was nice to find a good team at Herb Chambers that were consistently helpful and respectful and who earned my trust. Thanks to John and Emilio for getting me into my new car!!

Traveled over an hour to look at a specific car. The car was clean and ready to look at. Siddiq (my salesman) Swas great. To the point, friendly but not overbearing. Negotiation was fair, non-emotional and strictly business. Both parties walked away feeling good with deal. Highly recommend Siddiq if you’re looking at this dealership.
