Exactly one year to the day that I picked up the Accord, I was rear-ended on the highway and my car was totaled. I got in touch with Rancier again to find a replacement, and he and Brian in the finance department helped me through the process and got me into a 2016 HR-V. It is certified pre-owned and Brian got me great terms for a service contract, so I'll have peace of mind for years to come that the car is covered if anything goes wrong. Ara was so helpful in helping us find our most desired vehicle, a Ford Escape. Even though it was so cold and windy,, he found the vehicles in the lot that were to our most liking.
