New 2019 Pilot - Thank Dom!

I really liked working with Dom - great experience. No BS games - you get the bottom line price from a knowledgable, friendly salesperson. Also the dealership is the place to go for new car pricing - the volume is so big they cut right to the chase. Thanks again Dom - well done!

20k For a car with issues.

Have bought cars here before, but this will be our last time. Bought a 2016 Honda CRV over the weekend and have nothing but issues with the car since. They sold the car to us with bad rotors, so we had to take it back in for a three hour visit to replace the rotors. Today one of the tires split open, and they are refusing to repair it. We need to replace all four tires since it is AWD. Goodyear confirmed that these were old tires and split due to their age. There are multiple scratches and carvings on the inside and outside of the car that were covered up, but we now notice after close inspection. With so many other Honda dealers around, I would take the drive somewhere else if you are looking for a used car.

Almost 20k for a Car with issues.

Stress less

Rancier was very easy to work with, and very patient. He explained everything clearly, insured that I got a fair trade for my car. This is my second time working with the staff at Herb Chambers, and unlike other dealerships, the process was actually enjoyable and completely without stress. As a Rhode Islander it is worth the trip to Seekonk.

Kamiya the Great!

I came in just to LOOK because my daughter insisted. I had no intentions to buy a car I was just going to fix the one I had. But thanks to Kamiya I am the new owner of a bright red 2019 civic. She answered all my questions before I got to ask them and I think that is most important she heard me out before ever getting up. She called and followed up with me about everything going on with my new car. I recommend everyone to ask for Kamiya Flakes

Thank you Sam Aljallad

My name is Kyle and I had recently bought a 2019 Honda Civic ex in black from Sam. Before he even knew I was there for a car he was already being helpful to me. Trying to find out who had my appointment since I did it online. From there it was simply finding me the car taking it out for a spin and then down to business. He was helpful and made sure I was happy every step of the way. He went above and beyond while I was waiting to talk to financial and made sure my girlfriend and I we're both comfortable and took advantage of the free food and beverages available. I just want to say thank you again to Sam and I hope to work with you again in the future on other car purchases for family member, friends or even myself. I don't remember the gentleman name who helped me in financial but he was also wonderful and making sure I knew everything up front so I wouldn't get any surprises down the road.

Our Accord

The whole experience of being greeted to road test was friendly no pressured. My wife had a lot of questions and Ryan took the time to answer all the questions he could and paid attention to her during the deal. which showed me his respect for her not trying to sell me the vehicle that we purchased together for her. Efficient and positive

I went to Honda in Seekonk looking to trade in my previous lease. I went in knowing that I wanted a CR-V and Ara was very helpful throughout the entire process. I picked up my new car two days later and I love it! Thank you!

Happy with our new car

Ara and Mike did a great job helping us buy a Honda Pilot. They were helpful and patient as we looked at several cars before decided on our final choice. We will come back to Herb Chambers Honda again.

Great Service

My family has gone back to this dealership so many times for cars. John was great and the whole dealership was so accommodating. Would recommend anyone to buy a car here. From sales, to finance, to service hey are all great!
