He listened to us, treated us with respect, and he fully answered all our questions in a very professional and friendly manner. Best car dealer experience ever!

My experience at Herb Chambers Seekonk was nothing less than amazing! Initially I was reached out to via email by Danielle, who is one of the internet managers. She was kind and very helpful which drew me into the dealership itself. There, I worked with Danny, who was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient from the beginning. The process moved along very quickly and smoothly, and all of my questions/concerns were addressed promptly. The financing and logistics were made extremely easy and explained thoroughly by Bill (especially given my inexperience at purchasing a vehicle!). The entire experience was free from any pressure and stress at all, and could not have been better!! I drove away ecstatic in a Honda Civic LX 2018. I will 100% recommend this dealership, and Danny, to anyone buying a car!

John and Laura helped me in my most recent car buying excursion. My car had been totaled and I was stressed out trying to find a reliable car in my budget range. Going to other dealerships was a nightmare. I first called for information on some cars I saw online and Laura gave me all the information I asked for and set up an appointment for me to come in. She was so nice and informative! She set me up with John who took all my concerns into consideration and found me an amazing car that checked all my boxes and was in my price range! I took it to my mechanic who said it’s been very well taken care of by previous owners and by the dealership who made sure it was in tip top shape to sell.
