Great lease experience

I primarily dealt with two salespeople, who essentially worked together to assist me. Colby Ferreira and John Mitchell were both extremely friendly and willing to help out in any way. Having purchased a new car from this same dealership roughly 11 years ago, they were my first thought when thinking of leasing a new Honda Accord Sport and they did not disappoint. If you're thinking Honda, or even find a user car at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, this is the place for you.

Customer Service at it's best!

My husband and I first visited the dealership based on our interest in a pre-owned CR-V, but unfortunately, the car we were interested in was no longer available when we arrived. John Mitchell acknowledged our frustration at the situation, given that we had driven a fair distance to the dealership from our home in northern MA. He promised to follow up with his manager to see what similar cars they might find at auction. Two days later, I received a phone call from John explaining that while they couldn't find us another car at auction, they were willing to work with us to make purchasing a new vehicle work. We returned to the dealership a few days later, and John had made sure to save us a vehicle in our preferred color! He was professional but friendly and did his best to streamline our purchase and financing process. We were surprised but happy to drive our new CRV home same day, and John continued to follow up with us to make sure we received all of the necessary paperwork. John's level of service was impressive - he really took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the experience and that all of the little details were covered. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers of Seekonk to others, and John Mitchell is definitely worth asking for!

Very time efficient and coordinated

Out of all the Honda dealerships that I’ve been to, this is the best one due to good time management and optimal customer service.

John Mitchell

John was very professional and made the buying process very easy. His knowledge of the vehicles made it a great experience. I highly recommend people ask for John as they will be very pleased. I will definitely be back to purchase my next vehicle with him.

Great customer service/sales experience

Domenica Helo made purchasing a new CRV an absolute hassle free and quick process with lots of laughs. I never thought I would have the opportunity to own this car but she made it happen and I am extremely grateful for her and the other Herb Chambers team members that helped iron out a negative service issue I had a week prior and made this purchase go quicker and smoother than I could ever have imagined. That’s great customer service !

An amazing experience

Rancier made my car shopping experience wonderful. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. I never had such a great car experience but, now I did with Rancier’s help. I didn’t think I would get the car I wanted but I did and I’m so excited to have my Honda Civic. Rancier is great at his job and I recommend him 100%.

Great experience!

I recently bought a 3 year old Honda Accord from Bruce Reis. He is professional and a great communicator, explaining the entire process and answering all of our questions. Bruce is very trustworthy, as he pointed out some windshield flaws that we had initially missed and committed to repair them after purchase (which was done promptly). He never pressured us to buy unwanted added services and warrantees (a huge turn-off for me). He followed up with us after the sale to ensure that all commitments were met and that we were completely satisfied. I truly enjoyed working with Bruce, and would definitely buy a car from him again.
