Great experience , No pressure at all
Chris Banks helped me with buying my new 2017 C RV EX , he was professional and courteous, and he answered all of my questions. My fiancé and I will definitely be contacting him for our next vehicle purchase. No pressure at all. Was great with communication before and after the sale.

Words of wisdom: If you're in the market for a car go directly to Christopher Banks at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk! I cannot recommend Chris enough! I was in dire need of a car, but was terrified to look for one after having had some bad experiences at other dealerships (people who tried to talk me into everything I didn't want without helping me find what I was actually looking for). I read the reviews of Chris Banks and Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk and knew this was the person & place for me. Chris did not disappoint!...Chris is, of course, incredibly knowledgeable in his field. But what sets him apart is that he is truly kind. He takes the time with his customers to learn about what they need and works triple time to make sure they find it. He understands this is a big purchase for most & did not lose patience with my anxiety. He spent more time than I could ever have imagined to help make sure I ended up with the right car for my needs. He also made sure to let me know that, even after the purchase should I have any additional questions, he would continue to be there to help. It seems for Chris it is not simply about the deal, but rather about building long-term trusting relationships with his customers. I wish I had learned about Chris Banks sooner. It would've saved me weeks of car hunting angst!

Pleasant to say the least
These guys totally obliterated any notions I had about shady car salespersons. Great selection of vehicles, very fair prices, and most importantly wonderful service. The sales people were not only professional and knowledgeable but also easy to speak with, which truly made the whole car buying process a lot more enjoyable than I imagined going in.

found my baby
with the help of Stacy Darosa I found it. went looking for something else but there were so many excellent cars to choose from!! I'm thrilled with my purchase. and thanks to Tom Aresenian I even paid a lower finance rate.

Love my new Mazda!
I had a wonderful experience John Araujo was so patient and kind. I took four test rides before I decided on the Mazda 6 . I would go back to buy a car from him in a heart beat! The finance gettleman wet through the fire of xxxx with my sis in law to get us the right price for my budget! I thank Emilio so much for hanging in with us he was great! Last but not least Danielle was awesome sending me texts and emails to get me n appt thanks again all!

Awesome transaction!
This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from Herb Chambers - Seekonk. The purchase was completed in less than three hours with Jim Downing as our salesman. No pressure, answered every question we had, and just extremely pleasant to work with. We've told my sister and parents to go there since they are looking to buy a vehicle. I would recommend the Seekonk team to anyone looking to purchase a Honda (or any other car that they have). Keep up the great work!!!

What a joke
Once they took my money I was nobody.....serice is to busy for you, they can't make an appointment without calling you back. If you ask for a manager you get hung up on. Not what I expected....very sad to see nice cars being sold by non-professionals.
