Set up is like NASA mission control. Probably overstaffed from a business point of view. Complementary snacks was a nice touch..Personally, a simple inspection should have taken less time, but what the xxxx right?

The service department is always helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. The staff there are always friendly.

Everyone was courteous and professional, especially Tim, our service advisor. However, the service on the vehicle lacked attention to detail. When I arrived home, the "full oil pan light came on" I chose not to go over the bridge and face inconvenience, along with high volume, traffic. I went to the dealership near my home in Johnston (Grieco) They charged me twenty dollars to re-set the computer and turn off that light.
