Toyota of Bristol is a clean and comfortable facility. They have a great selection of new and used autos. The staff is helpful and at no time did i feel pressured to make a purchase if any kind. Overall great dealership so far.

Always happy with the professionalism of the dealership.

Always happy with the professionalism of the dealership. They make sure you get the car you are looking for. This is my second dealings with Bristol and I will continue. Looking forward to purchasing my next car from this fabulous dealership

Sales and Finance staff were friendly.

Sales and Finance staff were friendly. There weren’t many cars available for sale, but I don’t think that’s necessarily their fault. The only complaints I’d have are: 1) they told me they were putting some gas in the car…only filled it up to 3/4 tank. For such a large purchase, I think they could have afforded to fill the tank completely. 2) other than the texts I received to review the dealership, no one has actually reached out to see how things are going (I’m now 8 days past the sales date).

Chris was outstanding.

Chris was outstanding. The sales department that helped me build the Best package was very helpful. I didn’t feel any pressure. But instead was allowed to drive whatever I wanted so that I could pick the best choice for me. I felt the experience was awesome in comparison to many other places where I’ve purchased vehicles.
